通过普通小麦(AABBDD 2n=42)与滨麦(JJNN 2n=28)杂种幼胚培养,获得F_17株(ABDJN 2n=35)。用秋水仙碱处理分蘖节后,再用普通小麦回交得到11粒种子。幼胚培养后得到BC_1F_17株(AABBDDJN 2n=56)。经过连续自交选育至BC_1F_0代,获得3种穗型的八倍体小滨麦(AABBDDJJ或AABBDDNN)。根尖细胞染色体数目为52—56。花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ,2n=28Ⅱ的细胞占45.38—48.89%,染色体构型为1.69Ⅰ+27.07Ⅱ+0.06Ⅲ。株高89—105厘米;穗长13—16厘米;小花数96—108个;籽粒红色、大粒、不饱满,千粒重44.5—51克;自交和天然结实率分别为27.70—54.58%,49.48—58.63%;成熟期偏晚;耐寒耐旱;抗条锈、秆锈、叶锈、赤霉和白粉病。  相似文献

本文采用等离子光谱法和原子吸收火焰法测定翅果油树Elaeagnusmollis体内的15种矿质元素,即Ca、Mg、P、K.Na、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Cr、Ni、Mo、Al.Sr和Ba。结果表明,在不同器官及同一器官不同部位或不同生长阶段,其矿质元素含量均有显著差异。总体上看,该种植物矿质元素含量丰富,尤其以根皮、幼叶和种仁中更为突出。  相似文献

Studies of herbivorous insects have played a major role in understanding how ecological divergence can facilitate genetic differentiation. In contrast to the majority of herbivorous insects, grasshoppers as a group are largely polyphagous. Due to this relative lack of intimate grasshopper-plant associations, grasshopper-plant systems have not played a large part in the study of host-associated genetic differentiation. The oligophagous grasshopper, Hesperotettix viridis (Thomas), is endemic to North America and feeds on composites (Asteraceae) within the tribe Astereae. Previous work has shown both preference and performance differences between H. viridis individuals feeding on either Solidago mollis or Gutierrezia sarothrae. Using 222 AFLP markers, we examined the genetic relationships among 38 H. viridis individuals feeding on these plants both in sympatry and allopatry. Neighbour-joining analysis resulted in two distinct host-associated clades with 71% bootstrap support for host-associated monophyly. Analyses of molecular variation (amova) revealed significant genetic structuring with host plant accounting for 20% of the total genetic variance while locality accounted for 0%. Significant genetic differentiation was detected between S. mollis-feeders and G. sarothrae-feeders even when the two were present at the same locality. These results are consistent with observed differences in preference and performance between H. viridis grasshoppers feeding on either G. sarothrae or S. mollis and indicate that H. viridis is comprised of at least two genetically distinct host plant-associated lineages.  相似文献

Aims Elaeagnus angustifolia is one of the most salt-tolerant species. The objective of this study was to understand the mechanisms of ion transporation in E. angustifolia exposed to different salt concentrations through manipulations of K+/Na+ homeostasis.
Methods Seedlings of two variants of the species, Yinchuan provenance (YC, salt-sensitive type) and the Alaer provenance (ALE, salt-tolerant type), were treated with three different NaCl application modes, and the ion fluxes in the apical regions were measured using non-invasive micro-test technology (NMT). In mode 1, Na+ and K+ fluxes were measured after 150 mmol·L-1 NaCl stress lasted for 24 h. In mode 2, K+ and H+ fluxes were quantified with a transient stimulation of NaCl solution. In mode 3, Amiloride (Na+/H+ antiporters inhibitor) and tetraethylammonium (TEA, K+ channel inhibitor) was used to treat apical regions of E. angustifolia seedlings after NaCl stress for 24 h, respectively.
Important findings Under NaCl stress for 24 h, net effluxes of Na+ and K+ were increased significantly. The net Na+ effluxes of YC provenance seedlings (720 pmol·cm-2•s-1) were lower than that of ALE provenance (912 pmol·cm-2·s-1), but the net K+ efflux was higher in YC provenance. Under the instantaneous NaCl stimulation, net K+ efflux was remarkably increased, with the net K+ efflux of YC provenance always higher than that of ALE provenance. Interestingly, H+ at the apical regions was found from influx to efflux, with the net H+ efflux of ALE provenance greater than that of the YC provenance. Under the NaCl and NaCl + Amiloride treatment, the net Na+ efflux of ALE provenance seedlings was higher than that of YC provenance, while the net K+ efflux was less in ALE provenance seedlings. On the other hand, the differences in net Na+ and K+ effluxes were insignificant between the two provenances under the control group and NaCl + TEA treatment. In conclusion, NaCl stress caused Na+ accumulation and K+ outflows of E. angustifolia seedlings; The E. angustifolia seedlings utilize Na+/H+ antiporters to reduce Na+ accumulation by excretion; and the maintenance of K+/Na+ homeostasis in salt-tolerant E. angustifolia provenance seedlings roots accounted for a greater Na+ extrusion and a lower K+ efflux under NaCl stress. Results from this study provide a theoretical basis for further exploring salt-tolerant E. angustifolia germplasm resource.  相似文献

Leymus mollis (Trin.) Pilger (NsNsXmXm, 2n = 28), a wild relative of common wheat, possesses many potentially valuable traits that could be transferred to common wheat during breeding programs. In this study, the karyotypic constitution of a wheat - L. mollis 3D(3Ns#1) disomic substitution line isolated from the F5 progeny of octoploid Tritileymus M842-16 x Triticum durum cv. D4286, which was designated as 10DM57, was determined using genomic in situ hybridization (GISH), fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH), SSR markers, and EST- STS markers. Screening of mitosis and meiosis showed that 10DM57 had a chromosome karyotype of 2n = 42 =21Ⅱ. GISH indicated that 10DM57 was a line with 40 chromosomes from wheat and two of the Ns chromosomes from L. mollis, which formed a ring bivalent in pollen mother cells at metaphase I. FISH analysis showed that the chromosome 3D may be replaced by 3Ns#1 in 10DM57. DNA markers, including SSR and EST-STS primers, showed that the pair of wheat chromosome 3D in 10DM57 was substituted by the pair of chromosome 3Ns#t from L. mollis. Evaluation of the agronomic traits showed that, compared with its common wheat relative 7182, 10DM57 was resistant to leaf rust while the spike length and number of spikes per plant were improved significantly, which correlated with a higher wheat yield. The new germplasm, 10DM57, could be exploited as an intermediate material in wheat genetic and breeding programs.  相似文献

基于2×2联列表,应用方差比率法、χ2检验、Pearson相关系数及Spearman秩相关系数检验等数量分析方法对山西牛奶子群落的25个优势种,共300个种对间的关联性进行分析研究。结果表明,25个优势种群的总体种间关联性呈不显著关联,种的分布相对独立。χ2检验结果有121个种对呈正相关,155个种对呈负相关,正负关联比为0.78;Pearson相关系数检验有111个种对呈正相关,189个种对呈负相关,正负关联比为0.59;Spearman秩相关系数检验有128个种对呈正相关,172个种对呈负相关,正负关联比为0.74;Spearman秩相关系数比Pearson相关系数的检验方法灵敏度更高。山西牛奶子群落总体上呈不显著负关联,表明其处于演替过程的初期。  相似文献

以尖果沙枣1年生实生苗为材料,研究了自然干旱时不同土壤相对含水量对幼苗叶片细胞质膜相对透性、叶片相对含水量、根系活力、光合色素含量和光合参数等指标的影响.结果表明:土壤相对含水量从70%(CK)降到40%时,幼苗根系活力和净光合速率均逐渐上升并达到最大值,分别为1178μg.g-1.h-1和21.9μmol.m-2.s-1;光合色素含量稳步上升;蒸腾速率和水分利用效率均保持稳定;叶片细胞质膜相对透性保持较低水平.土壤相对含水量从40%降到20%时,幼苗叶片相对含水量仍在50%以上,叶片细胞质膜相对透性仍保持较低水平;根系活力和光合色素含量仍较高;但其他光合参数开始缓慢下降.土壤相对含水量从10%降到5%时,幼苗叶片细胞质膜相对透性急剧上升;叶片相对含水量、根系活力、总叶绿素含量、光合参数均极显著下降;而土壤相对含水量为10%时幼苗表现出最高的水分利用效率.尖果沙枣土壤相对含水量最好控制在40%~50%,其1年生实生苗的永久萎蔫系数为4.3%(土壤相对含水量).  相似文献

通过盆栽试验,研究了土壤水分含量对翅果油树幼苗地上部分和根系生物量和含水量,以及叶片保水力、相对电导率和保护酶活性的影响.结果表明:与对照(处理前)相比,各土壤水分条件下翅果油树幼苗叶片保水力均降低,而叶片相对电导率(REC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均升高.随着土壤含水量的降低,幼苗地上部分和根系的生物量、含水量及叶片保水力均呈先升高后降低的趋势,而叶片REC、SOD和POD活性均呈先降低后升高趋势,并均以轻度干旱胁迫处理(田间持水量的55%~60%)的REC、SOD和POD活性最低,而叶片保水力最高.在相同土壤水分条件下,随着处理时间的延长,叶片REC逐渐升高,而叶片保水力降低,SOD和POD活性先升后降并以处理10d时活性最高.研究发现,在轻度干旱胁迫下,翅果油树幼苗能协调其保护酶系统降低干旱伤害,维持正常生长,表现出一定的抗旱能力.  相似文献
